DARK approaching

DARK: Be Afraid

hope and undead elvis, local hero press, ian thomas healy, darkHere at Local Hero Press, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch stories in a variety of genres. One genre we haven’t really touched upon is Horror. That’s primarily because not all of us here like to read it, and certainly not all of us can write it. That is about to change, though, because the DARK is coming to Local Hero Press.

We’ve introduced this new logo as a way to differentiate our new line from our main focus of superhero fiction. We may, at some point, introduce further lines with their own versions of our famous logo head, but for the time being, Local Hero Press DARK will be the first. One title from our current list will be switching to the DARK imprint: Hope and Undead Elvis, but that is not the primary reason for the creation of this line.

We’re about to announce a very exciting acquisition, so stay tuned. We don’t want to give away too much information yet, but we can say this: theĀ  strings of fate often move in mysterious ways.
