paul tuttle, ian thomas healy, narrator, audiobook, the oilmans daughter, starfucker, allison dicksonWhen my kids were young, I would read them bedtime stories, and would come up with character voices for the different characters in the books. While I served in the Navy, I created music videos for the ships to which I was assigned. Later on, while I was stationed at the NATO base in Portugal, I did some DJ work and was asked to voice a travelogue for Expo ’98, which was in Lisbon, Portugal.

A while after I retired from the Navy, I worked with a man who, after working with me for some time, wrote a script for an independent sci-fi work, and wanted me to star in it. We filmed it here in Cheyenne, Wyoming. It was called “The Prototypes”. You can get the DVD here, and here is the trailer voiced by yours truly.

It was around this time that I began to realize that I could use my voice for commercials and other such works. I did several of these commercials for both local and national businesses.

It was then that I started my own voice business, and created my own website: www.paultuttlevoiceovers.com.

Not too much time had passed before I went to the local Cheyenne Comic-Con and met with an author, Joshua Walker, owner and publisher at Forgotten Places Publishing.
After talking with Josh, I asked if I could voice an audiobook for him. He agreed. This has led to meeting more authors and doing even more audiobooks.ian thomas healy, paul tuttle, starfucker, space opera, swords spaceships, john carter of mars, funny, spoof
